Respected Sir,
The Airtel Friends Chat has been activated on my mobile no. 9871100374 without my consent and the Rs. 30/- was automatically deducted from the balance. I neither send any subscription for this services nor got it renewed. It is very unfair on the part of Airtel to activate and renew these sort of services without the consent from the customer. Moreover, the customer care executive are not picking up the call at 121 so i am unable to contact them. It is a request from Airtel not to harras your customers in order to make the profit for your company please and deactivate this service from my number and give my money back.
