Iam here to complain about how deeply iam disappointed about Airtel and its customer care. on 5/2 i got a message at 7 A.M on my mobile saying call cost as 112.80 and balance as 0.20. I had about 113 INR in my account as balance. I called customer care at 7.15 A.M to know why was it deducted, the guy said it would take 4 hours to update from his side, i said ok i called back at 12 PM again came the same reply.

i tried again on sunday got the same reply, i tried talking to senior people (who knows) 1 guy even told me that the customer care was something like [email protected] wow wat a surprise (he thinks iam too stupid since iam with air tel it seems), i was surprised since i thought air tel customer care was good. Here comes the next part i called on Monday, within this period i made a point not to recharge. i got a assurance saying my money would be credited but nothing happened.

I called them again on tuesday, the best part is even now they could not give me a answer as why my amount was deducted!!! and one of the senior official told me to wait for 48 hours i said for the final time i will wait.

The drama still continues on the 5th day today thursday i got a message saying the amount has been credited please check your balance, i was wonder struck atleast i got some thing back but when you see the balance its the same 0.20 paise.

I dont know what to say if you cannot know why you have deducted the money for then whats the point in having a customer care network, boasting as number 1 in india iam Appalled at the service, the people and the whole of Airtel as an organisation.
