Dear Team,

My mother is using the airtel no 9815227721.

She was i haryana from 5 Nov to 8 Jan. Her airtel no was switch off during that period.

But airtel deduct the charges during this period.

When i complaint them on 198, they stop deducting and give the assurance that they will refund the earlier duducted charges as it was their mistake only.

After 15 days when i call them they said we can refund Jan chages only.

Now nobody is resonding on 198.

can u help me.
