I am using Airtel pre-paid service since last 4 years.
It is observed that some times Airtel provide me any stuff like Comadey Zone,
Caller tune. Earlier they stopped my Friends service and suddenly activate life time scheme on my number, but when I complaint they reactivate Friends plan. But again in December they activated life time scheme force fully with out any prior intimation. And yesterday they deducted 10 rs from my balance and the amount is still not credited as they had commited after complaining with in 4 hrs the amount will be credited back.
So, I request you to please look into the matter and please convert my lifetime scheme to my previous friends scheme. My Mobile number is 9960737598.
