Dear sir,
this is G.Anjaneyulu goud, am a customer of airtel post paid connection.the thing is am using this post paid connection from last 7 months regularly.but in last oct they have charged me a extra Rs.500 for one time charges for me.so i complaine several times to customer people nearly 18 times but there is no response from there side .so i need a waver for that Rs.500.until i get the waver am not going to make a payment.
