I am Using Airtel Prepaid No. Because of poor customer sevice & Poor Network, I have requested for MNP. I want to move to IDEA but still Airtel is not responding & not processing my request.
If u call customer care 121 no one will reply.
Dont Call Nodal / Appellate Officers they wont respond.
Dont Call MNP toll free 18001031111 u wont get answer.
Better go with good service provider IDEA / VODAFONE / TATA
Because of this I have lost a job offer carrying Rs 8L CTC. Hope u understand
