Myself Pooja Negi, Dehradun, Uttarakhand State. Is a user of Airtel GSM connection services since more than 2 years.
Today on 19.02.11 & 09.02.11 received a message from company started that a service called Airtel Friendz Chat Service has been activated on my mobile no. - 09760324684 without any information on my side. This scheme has started automatically without my consent and the company deducted Rs 10 for 10 days, Date – 09.02.11 & Rs 20 for 20 days, Date – 19.02.11 from my balance and the Rs 30 will be deducted every month from my balance for same service.
On inquiring with the customer care of the company there is no proper explanation on their part.
