I have an Airtel pre-paid connection (9959054830). I wanted to complain regarding deduction of money from my prepaid connection. I had Rs 30 in my account on Feb 26 in the evening. I didnt make any calls but at the night when I tried to make a call I was notified that there is no balance in my account. I cant figure out how Rs 30 got deducted from my account. Moreover, on Feb 25, I had noticed that i was getting charged for incoming calls. As I am using the number locally, money should not be charged for incoming calls. So I called the customer care and the representative put me on hold for 13 minutes, after which I hung up. Since then whenever I dial 198 to complain, every IVRS option gives the same result ie. to call on 121 (which is a paid customer care service). Kindly look into these issues as its clearly a mal practice to deduct money without any reason/notification.
