I have a Prepaid Connection with Airtel (No : 84205 66268).

I intend to register the DND services since I am getting lots of unwanted calls / sms.

I tried several times with their customer care number 121 but failed to reach their customer service executive. There are no other menu options available where I can register my request.

Even I tried with Airtel's customer complaint section (198). They also denied to help me in this regard.

Can I get some resolution to this matter?

I want to block all unwanted calls / sms with immediate effect.

Pls help.
