Dear sir/madam, i am a user of airtel prepaid mobile and i m very fedup with the customer care services. actually on 16th february i was having 73 ruppes balnce in my account. and i activated 5 rupee plan for internet and without using internet my total balance was deducted... after that i called in customer care but they were just kidding with the customers and was taking it like a fun.they dont have enough knowledge about there work. and did not solved my problem..
so... i want a clarification and my balance details...
otherwise i am not going to take any of the services from your company..
