Deactivation without intimation

I was using an airtel postpaid connection since june. i shifted out of delhi in september but was using the same connection on roaming and was paying the bills for same. my credit limit was 9400. later during this month i met with an accident and was unable to pay the bill of 8500 on time as i am still in hospital and this i intimated to airtel customer care. my services have been de activated withour telling me.
