Non refund of money

Dear sir

i was holding a mobile prepaid connection no. 7259927486 since Nov. During Feb the services was terminated abruptly without any notice. they told that the disconnection was due to non verification of credentials. over telephone. I spoke to the Nodal officer, who informed that they are unable to reactivate & also refund my out standing balance of Re. 660.

You may kindly direct them to refund my money.
