Money deducted from my recahrge amount

This is Suraj Sonar bearing a prepaid connection of Airtel number 9970523739. I

have recharged rs. 100 on 22nd February & again Rs.100 on 23rd February thru

Net Recharge from my Kotak Net Banking. My balance is getting deducted twice.

Could you please let me know why have you deducted my balance. I have not opted

for any VALUE ADDED SERVICES.

If this is the way of taking from customer I need to take this to media & put

this in front of million subscription.

I need to know the reason behind this or else I will take some legal action

against you.
