First of all, their customer service is a Garbbage
-I am terribly pissed off by the AirTel Services, especially the Customer Service department!!!
-This is Airtel Mobile no 9952987218... Customer services guys activated all the basic services in my mobile.. and taken all the money.. My mother is using that mobile .. she known's to atten the in comming call only... Regarding this i spoke to customer care executive... he said from your side they used GPRS and other Features.. and my mother is using 1100 nokia mobile phone..its aboslute terriable to here this from airtel side... they have not refunded the money... by taking money from us, airtel can beg some where esle... all fuckers from airtel... dubba comapny...
