Loss to consume

Dear sir / madam,

I am airtel customer from 1 year and its network is very nice. it has got lot of offers in it but then suddenly from starting of this month the usual message plan which is Rs77 offering 10000 msg for 1 month has changed its plan with out informing the customers. new plan gives onkly 100 msgs per day n from 101 msg the normal charge will be collected by the customer all the customers who recharged with 77 are at loss now. plz find a solution to this problem.
