Decduction of charges for news alerts without any request

I have prepaid Airtel mobile No.8890420186. I have never asked for any news alerts. The Company is sending these alerts without any request from me. Last week I got an sms and in reply I sent sms to unscribe. Despite this I got an sms today stating that the news alert service has been renewed and charges deducted from my account. Can you help me to disontinue the news alert service and refund amount back to my account. RK SAINI
