Unsubscribe from frenzo application

I would like to unsubscribe from frenzo service. my mobile number is 9725794547.today i got tha message from airtel that ur frenzo service will be renewed in 2 days and you will be charges 20 Rs for 15 days.though i don't use that service they deduct 20 Rs near about one week ago.
