Value added services without permission

Airtel has activated numerous services without my consent for my mobile number -

these are hello tune, cricket pack etc...

I did not request for any of these and my balance has reduced from 300 to 20 just because of this theft, stupidity ..

Please get deactivated all these idiotic services and refund my balance since providing a value added service, deducting my balance without my consent is a criminal offense..
