My mother, Smt Meeta Arora, recharged her mobile no.(9892135714) using my brother's credit card on 3rd march. However the account of Airtel got credited with Rs. 275 but the same never got recharged on my mother's mobile.

For six days now she has been taking it up with executives from Airtel's customer care. Some of them namely, Bajrangi and Raj were least co operative while a lady called Anita told her that the airtel account has been credited with the amount of 275 but due to fault in airtel systems it is taking time to reflect to my mother's prepaid connection. It's been six days. When we take it up with executives some of them makes us wait endlessly after promising a hold of 20 seconds. One of them called Raj even disconnected.

Disgusting services. Why can't they just give us the correct information and right status.

Please take stern and immediate action.
