I HAD RECHARGED MY MOBILE 9845922177 on 16.2.20011 service provider aitrel transaction id 1237016301 rs 52 towards sms pack of 500 local and national sms free Airtel suspended the service from 27.2.2011 without giving intimation

THEY ARE NOW POINTING TRAI FOR THAT SUSPENSION

THEY HAVE TO EITHER GIVE THE SERVICE UP TO THE VALIDITY OF THAT RECHARGED PACK OR CREDIT THE AMOUNT
