Hi sir/madam,

My Mobile no is 9000328872, I am browsing the internet through mobile office.your's company charged 99 rs and told that i am browsing in airtel live but i am not using airtel live, i am irritated on customer care behavior. so kindly send the money you'r company charged or else i want to change to BSNL through portability
