My mobile no:9831881248. I activated GPRS on 3rd March. I am using
Rs.98/- monthly plan (2 GB) download. But whenever I am using mobile
net sometimes charges are being levied. On same day few times
deducting from my free 2GB data. Why its happing, i try to call to
customer care (198) to speak to service executive after five to two
minutes IVRS saying dial *121# from mobile and disconnecting
automatically. After trying lot of times to contact over Ph:198 for
lodging the complaint the staff is hanging the phone for 10, 15, 7
minutes respectively. the complaint ref No: CBDMO2o310434684 is given
respectively. But still the problem is not resolved, money is
deducting from my balance some times.
Hoping my problem would be solved and waiting for a positive response
on 11 th March it was deducted Rs 8.50 around 10PM, It is one exemple
i have mentioned
