Automatic balance deduction

I had opted for an airtel connection trusting upon its reliability, but was recently proved wrong when my balance got automatically deducted. i have subscribed for specific plans depending upon my needs,

free 2 gb internet plan @98 rs recharge for 30 days

sms plan @24 rs for 10 days

rs 30 talktime

i recently found out that my balance got deducted automatically overnight from rs 23 to rs 7.

i seriously regret my decision of going for going for an airtel connection.
