I am getting some serious problems about my delivery of bill. I have contacted Airtel costumer care many a times and lodged many complaints but i think they are taking those complaints seriously. 10 months have passed and every month i have to call costumer care and demand a duplicate bill. I don't know how i am charged and every month I am spending money on costumer care calls. So this is getting worst from a re-putative mobile company in India. I really don't know which door should i knock for help, so i just want to go through this and want them to fix this problem.
