I had requested for MNP on March 12th and on today 14th march i got an sms from 1901 as

"Your port in request for the mob num 9940448807 has been rejected by your service provider due to legal reasons -BSNL"

There is no problem with the BSNL side, they told Airtel had provided a "contract obligations to my number". I already completed 3 years in Airtel and there is no legal issues as of now. Please let me out of Airtel, I need to be with BSNL 3G.

I had submitted all the documents correctly. My porting Id is AT849792. Please do needful. I need to migrate from Airtel

I need to migrate from Airtel as i need to use 3G in a circle where Airtel is not having. Please understand the need of your customer and allow me to port out. Also i'm having Airtel broadband line also.

Please help!!!

My calls to customer care is also blocked!!!

The nodal officer called me and told to re-generate the UPC code. I tried for more than 3 times and after some hours in got the same UPC code as above.

How I can proceed further, BSNL told that the MNP request is in suspended state as the feed from Airtel.

So how i can re-open the MNP request. Even though there is no calls and follow up from BSNL side, that also funny for a port in customer. TRAI please open your eyes
