Hi Team,

This is to bring to your notice that, I’m a user of Airtel.

I have recharged 555 full talk time last week. But within two days it got reduced to Rs0.13 only. Spoke with customer care persons but the call was kept transferred to one person to another continuously without an answer. I need to know the reason for this. The ticket number for the same as received in mobile is CBDAL 20311350111
