Dear sir,

1- I have issue regarding my deduction of balance for our airtel main account at the time between when stop my all service (outgoing and incoming), when stop my service that time I have main account bal is 7 rs and automatic deduct near about 5 rs .kinldy look in to matter.

2- as per our talk with your customer care when i was Switch my operator he commit us you will give fist two month give 100 sms and your A2A call charges 1p 2sec, but it is not getting. Kindly look in to matter I have also register complain regarding same issues but still pending

3- Last on my no is 9329967194 but these number not connect with your customer care number (9893098930, 121 and 198) kindly explain why do this.

I hope resolve my issue as soon as possible and I will awaited your positive response.
