Am using airtel network for 7 years. Now am facing a problem that for every two days am been loosing Rs.2 on saying that "Thanks for using MMS subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.2. Get latest games ". But i didnt subscribe anything for activating this and i dont want these services too. without my permission you are stealing my balance. Is this the way to deduct balance of a customer without any reason. Even if i call to customer call its saying that call *121# for balance complaints but no response from there too. I am expecting a good response for this mail.
