No proper response and wrong information

Sir,

I have called airtel customer care thrice and all three gave three different solutions to deactivate MMS. For your kind information i did not activate the MMS option. It got activated and i used all three suggestions to find a solution but it was futile. They are deducting 2 rupees daily. Kindly do the needful and my mobile number is 9677053751
