Wrongly charging for services not demanded

I have Airtel prepaid no 9906973020 since 2010.I want to complaint that i recieved sms from airtel AD-54321 and i have been charged Rs 75/- on 18/03 at 3:28pm, Rs 5/- on 21/03 at 2:09am and Rs 99/- on 25/03.I have not asked for the service like downloading value pack. The message comes and straightway the money is deducted from my account balance. When i called customer care firstly they make us to wait for at least half an hour and then they told me to call back 24 hrs later, and again and again... if they continue to deduct my account balance like this, then its better to switch to other service provider or they should right away stop looting coustomer like this and return the balance deducted..
