MNP-deactivation of no. without prior notice

Hi

I had an idea no. 9990851678, I applied for MNP on 08-03-11 through a local airtel dealer i.e, Standard Communication, Laxminagar, near V3s Mall. The no. has been activated on 15-03-11 but deactivated on 22-03-11 without any prior notice. When I asked to the airtel customer care, they told me that they have not received my documents yet. Again I applied with the same docs on 23-03-11, and communicated with the distributorn of East Delhi and Airtel Centre, Laxminagar through phone and mails respectively, but all efforts went in vain. The no. has not been activated yet.

I am facing a lot of problems as the no. is deactvated without prior notice. I am blocked to communicate with my important dealings.
