Unautorised activation of charged services

Dear Sir,

My father hold a Airtel Pre-paid connection (8800240402). This is the third time in past few months that airtel has activated charged Value added services on the number. If you call and complaint them then they give you fake information that the service was activated from your side on this date by dialling this no. They do close the service but do not revert back the money.

This time they have activated some 'Ayurvedic Tips' services. I got to know about it only after receiving the re-subscription msg from them at 3:30 in the night. The last time I had clearly indicated to them that no services be activated on this no. My father is an old man and is not aware of any messages coming on his phone.

Its cheap trick on Airtel's part to extract money from people who are not so learned about technology. Repeated warnings by customers also doesn't refrain Airtel from stopping their alleged behaviour but they try and put blame on us.
