Deduction of balance

Dear sir

im ashish pandey. im using airtel sim since last 4 year. and my no. is 9993867672. dear sir since last 10 days my service provider cut rs 68 balance from my account & it is continue. whenever i reacharge they always cut my balance without any reson.i called customer care but they didn't say anything.

sir please take strict action against them.
