Sir,
I am being charged for a service 'cricket live 24x7', even though I have been requesting to discontinue the service for last 4 days. When I check with service provider if any service is subscribed by me, it says I have not.
I have been dialing to customer care (121) daily for last four days and they have been telling me all the services have been discontinued and I wont be charged anything but still I'm being charged.
I have mailed them on 28th of March to which they said that I'll be contacted in 24hours but they never did. And when I ask for complaint number on 121, I'm told that their system is having some problem and so I'll get the reference no. sometime after hanging up, which also I never get.
