Automatic cut of balance of rs 200

Dear airtel

My no. is 8349528636

Last month my balance automatically got reduced by Rs 200, when i checked with coustomer care, they told me they have cut it for activating caller tune for one year, thn i told hem i hv not requested for any caller tune settings.

Since then I am trying to call but not able to talk to customer care.

I am really disappointed with this and planning to change if this is not taken care off.
