Not getting retailer commision

Dear sir,

we have done activations as per the instruction of our asm (anoop) for the month january. but when the claim released we did not got the payement. when asked they told that payment has been blocked by head.

by that month i stopped the act from that month am discouraging the retailers from doing activation, bcoz they will not get the claim. airtel is cheating the retailers by saying good activation scheme and not giving the claim.
