AIRTEL's Salami Shave Technique to Siphon Money from its Customers
1. Nobody is available to handle customer complaints on 24 X 7 basis at Airtel Customer Service Centres. This puts the customers to deep distress and inconvenience to report and resolve the complaints on a timely basis.
2. AIRTEL is resorting to cheap techniques by charging additional amount for services not requested to customer at all. This tantamounts to salami shave techniques wherein amount in small meagre quantities are removed from a large customer base so that no particular customer will raise his voice but at the same time person perpetrating this fraud/transaction gains a large sum. In spite of warning AIRTEL both my email and through customer care [ after a long fought waiting time] not to indulge in such cheap activities they have once again charging for a service which i had not subscribed to at all.
3. The most painful of all is no response from Airtel to address this issue. my Cust id is 3000619220. AIRTEL DIGITAL TV CUSTOMERS... BEWARE!!!
