On Date 12.04.2011 & 14.04.2011 VAS servise is activate & Balance is Deducted without any prior information. This is happened in two times.

I am contacting to customer care but call is not connected to him.

I am called on 14.04.2011 from my friends no.(9975928783) but my call is disconnected from customer care executive without giving any information.
