I have subscriber of Airtel mobile since 3 years. Since last three months it has become misery staying with Airtel. Thanks for the MNP, but its of no use. I have applied for MNP on 24th of march, but Airtel people didnt gave approval for it. My all the dues were cleared, formalities were completed. The unique code expired on 7th of April due to their negligence/deliberately did not want to give approval. Meanwhile I called more than 15 times to their customer care but all in vain. Noone is interested to solve the problem.

I again applied for it on 8th april and today is 18th april. The maximum time commited to process the request is 7 working days. I think according to their calendar 7 days is not over. I made several call to customer care centre but I was told i will be getting the call from their representative... I am still waiting for that call.

This is kind of service Airtel provide. Boasting one of the best mobile operators in India. I request you to please please please help me out to get rid of Airtel.
