Hello,

I am Swati Jain and was using Airtel Prepaid Mobile (Number:9611042077). I applied for a postpaid connection but there was no response on the same for quite sometime and hence I canceled the connection. The executive who came to get the form filled was not ready to respond on the progress and he verbally abused me. The connection was not even activated for long so I canceled it and applied for refund. The first mail that I sent to the nodal officer in this regard was on March 28. The nodal officer responded back and gave me a deadline by which it will be refunded in the form of recharge to any airtel phone which was ridiculous. However till date there has been no recharge credited in this regard. I mailed the appellate officer on 13th April and i got an acknowledgment saying that they will get back to me in 3 working days but till date I haven't got a reply from them.

Airtel is getting worse day by day and I hope the consumer court helps me in this regard
