I have requested for MNP from AIRTEL to VODAFONE.
After submitting all the required document MNP charges to Vodafone on 14th April i have received a call (912067256000) from AIRTEL customer care on 19th April and told me to cancel my MNP request as there was some software issue related to MNP and he told me that no one will able to port-in or port-out because of that.
When i told him, i will not cancel my request than he started asking me the reason for my port-out and try to convence me to stay with AIRTEL.
Can i known, what is the problem going on with AIRTEL…? why i am receiving this phone calls, when i clearly told that i don’t want to be with AIRTEL.
