No resollution ofmy complaint since 2 month

I was reqested for MNP for my airtel no. 919560881388 as 2 months ago then airtel promises me to decrease my call rates but there were no action was taken as i complaints about 20 times but there is no any sollution.

Plz plz plz plz resolve my complaints...
