I have been wrongfully charged the rental of VAS i had never opted for (Airtel Friendz Chat, in my instance, for which 30/- was charged from me today) and what's more, I get rudely rebuffed by their customer care exec who insist I was 'Rightly charged'!
No matter how much I tried reasoning that how could a service get activated without they getting any sort of confirmation from my end, they start loosing temper and start narrating technicalities! I have even been told with a shocking audacity that I could go to any level, but I was not going to get a refund in my case! Certain VAS seem to get automatically activated and the only information we get is that my account balance has been deducted by the rental charge!
