I recharged my phone on 17th April with Rs. 444 and my Balance on 19th April afternoon was around Rs 430. But when I checked at 11pm on 19th April it was Rs 0.17.
Balance of Rs 430 has been Deducted.
I have Placed several Complaints through AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE, Email and Nodal Officer but they all said that Charges for using GPRS have been Deducted.
I am really shocked as I don't use Internet on my Mobile and such a large amount has been Deducted.
Lalit Tomar from Nodal office was NOT even Listening to my Complaint and Constantly saying that our system is Fine and I am are telling Lie. No one from AIRTEL is ready to Listen to my Genuine Complaint.
I did not Expected such Cheap Attitude and Fraud from an Esteemed Company like AIRTEL. I am a Airtel Customer from Last 5 Years and I am really shocked that you can do such Fraud to me. I think this will be the end of this relationship with AIRTEL.

I request you to look into the matter and Refund me the Deducted amount as I have NOT used it at all. Else I will have to end my Relationship with Airtel and get my Number PORTED to some other Operator.
