i am using airtel sim since 1 month, the service provider has deducted my balance 4 times, every time when i recharge my mobile and they activate any service.
Recently they activated cricket alerts (IPL). when i complained about this they are saying that u urself has activated the sceme but let me ask them one thing that i have tv in my room specially for IPL then wats the need for me to activate such alerts
i request the concened authorities to take some effective action against such things and my balance should be provided back
