Pls find the attachment of my mobile bill for the month march. In that bill you have been charged Rs 1224 for value added charges. On 27/03 I’ve not used online on that day. I’m requesting you to kindly remove that amount from the bill or else I’m going to disconnect the connection. I’m also working for Bharti Group of Company. You people charging more then the other competitors.
Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful on priority.
