Dear Sir,

I have complaint several times regarding deduction of Rs. 215.00 from my balance as the charges for Hello Tunes for one year without my knowledge. The complaint number CHTWC 30429408866 was alloted to me, but even after lapse of 7 days no action has been taken from Airtel
