hey guys!
my number is 9890160070 and m using airtel since 6 years
but recently i am having horrible experience.
i really dont want to make a complaint in the consumer complaints but if the problem is not solved i have to.
Few days back u guys activated "news subscription" without my knowledge. wen i tried calling you for refund customer care told me that u have to call on same day if i wanted the balance back. which was a ridiculous feedback.
today again u charged me for the same service again and wen i tried reaching u guys through customer care i couldnt. called from 2 airtel numbers and a landline but ur service was down.
Hope u will refund my balance back.
