Dear Sir,

1. The tele no. 01204318172 was finally disconnected on 18 Feb'02, after a written request was given on 08/12/10 in your Service Call Report form no. 2058300 signed by Mr Narinder of your organisation..A photo copy of the 'Complaint & Request Management Form signed by your technician on 18/ 02/ 11, with emp code SG/ Tech / 517, is also available. The said technician

disconnected the tele number 01204318172.

2. The lapse of period, from the date of request for disconnection on 08 Dec'10 to final disconnection on 18 Feb'11, IS NOT UNDERSTOOD. On my own I paid the bill upto 07 Jan'11 i.e. for one month after the request for disconnection was given in writing. Also there were numerous E-Mails from my side requesting for disconnection at the earliest. Your replies are also on record. I have all the documentary proof including copies of job cards and E-Mails. These can be shown to your representative on visit, after appointment, or even give photo copies of the same. Even The BSNL takes about a week to disconnect a tele and charge accordingly, after a written request is given.

3.. Last bill, paid by cheque, for the said tele, bill no. 530163770 for duration 08 dec'10 to to 07 Jan 11 for Rs 306/- was cleared.

4. Now after an imaginary waiver of Rs. 665.10, you have stated that an amount of Rs 565.899 (Again Imaginary) payable by 23-05 is still outstanding against tele no. 01204318172 which was disconnected on 18 Feb'11.This amounts to flogging 'A DEAD HORSE' The said amount will not make a dent in the coffers of Bharti Airtel or affect me adversely but I view it as a matter of disrespect to your customer and also "AN UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTISE' I and my wife, in whose name the tele connection was taken, have been constantly harassed by your staff with unwarranted tele calls and SMS's. At one point I did consider filling an FIR with the police but the amount and issue is so petty that I contended myself by requesting you through E-Mail to stop these unwarranted calls and SMS's and resolve the issue by sending your representative. I persume the matter has NOT been brought to the notice of Senior Management. Thus this fiasco! I hope you take due note of it.

5. I would, however, like to know the Reasons for delay in disconnection of the said tele and for you to pin point the responsibility and intimate what action has been taken against the defaulting person / persons. I personally feel that "AIRTEL" owes an apology, for harassing me and my wife, for this petty issue before I make payment for this imaginary amount due!!

6. Like I said earlier, the pending amount, as per your records, is no big deal. What matters is the attitude of your staff who think that by being part of 'YOUR BIG ORG' they can be rude, indifferent and bulldoze their ways and attitude with their customers. This is a serious malice.

7. Before I pay the balance, as calculated by you, I would request a suitable reply to Para 5 above. Also I would appreciate that this matter is brought to the notice of 'The Senior Management'.
