Late response and hello tune activation

Hi,

I called the airtel customer care i.e on 198, and asked for my query, then after 10 min my hello tune got activated and my got deducted, I am dam sure this was the mischief of the customer care executive. I called back again to customer care, they told me tht it me who has who requested them to activate it, but it not true..
